Berger General Contracting was founded in 1997 by David Berger. Berger quickly garnered a reputation as a company who provided a better quality product. Berger has been involved in all aspects of residential and commercial development, including site identification and acquisition, financing, zoning and aldermanic approval, design, construction, project management, and unit sales. Such involvement in all aspects of Berger’s projects has resulted in the highest quality finished product. Mr. Berger’s attention to detail separates Berger’s projects from the competition.
